General Tournament Information

Tournament Name: VISA | Banco di Caribe Island Championship Series by Fuego 2025
Game: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform: PlayStation 5
Game Mode: 1v1
Format: 100% in-person
Location: Curaçao – Exclusive event for residents or participants physically present on the island.
Duration: July – November 2025
Game Days: Weekends only
Mandatory On-site Check-in: All players must check in 30 minutes before the start of each matchday.
Presence Requirement: Players must remain physically present throughout their matchday.

Official Platform

Management Platform: Challengermode
All players must register properly and comply with Challengermode’s official rules, including:

Valid identification and registration with real name and PSN ID.
Compliance with schedules, punctuality, and match reporting.
The use of hacks, cheats, exploits, or offensive language is strictly prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in penalties or automatic disqualification.

General Tournament Rules

Game Version: Latest available version of EA SPORTS FC 25.
Best of 3 (Bo3) Format: All matches are played best-of-three.

Standard Match Settings:

Half Length: 6 minutes
Game Mode: Quick Match
In case of a draw: Extra time and penalties

Allowed Controllers: Any official controller without external modifications.

Mandatory Presence: A player who is late, leaves without authorization, or does not comply with the rules of each stage will be eliminated at the discretion of the organizers.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct and Cheating: Any player using cheats, glitches, or other unfair advantages will be automatically disqualified with no right to appeal.

Professional Competitive Rules

Pass Assistance: Semi
Shooting Assistance: Manual or Semi
Tactical Defense: Mandatory
Suggested Camera: Co-op or Default
Strict Code of Conduct, emphasizing professionalism, respect, and fair play.

Image Rights

By participating in the tournament, all players grant the rights to use their image, name, voice, and performance during the event for the purposes of:

Promotion and communication by the tournament producer.
Commercial and publicity use by official sponsors.
Broadcast in live streams, recorded content, social media, print and digital media.

Production and Broadcasting

Matches will be broadcasted on Fuego’s official Twitch channel.
Selected matches will be featured on the Main Stage.

Conduct Rules in the Broadcast Studio

All participating players must comply with the conduct and discipline guidelines set by the studio where matches and broadcasts will take place.

Specific Guidelines:
Respect for Staff and Facilities:

Players must behave in a professional and appropriate manner.
Disruptions, disorderly conduct, or misuse of space or equipment is prohibited.

Obedience to Referees and Staff:

Referees will ensure rules are followed and assist players.
All instructions from referees or staff must be followed immediately.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the studio and disqualification with no right to appeal.

Mandatory Punctuality:

Players must arrive exactly at their scheduled match time.
Unjustified lateness may result in replacement or disqualification.

Mandatory Exit After Match:

Due to limited space and controlled capacity, players must leave the studio after their match.
This ensures order, focus, and proper flow of the tournament.

Contingency Plan

If technical issues, logistical problems, or weekend delays arise, the organizers may reschedule pending matches to weekdays at their discretion.

Weekday matches will preferably be held after 7:00 PM to accommodate players.
Players will be notified in advance of any changes or rescheduling.
Failure to attend a rescheduled match may result in direct elimination.
